Cancellation Policy

New Story Pilates operates a 12-hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you cannot attend a class you are booked into and fail to provide at least 12 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the class. We understand that last-minute emergencies and sudden illness can happen, and we will accept cancellations without forfeiting a class on a case-by-case basis within the 12-hour period
